O2 add handset pricing to iPhone 4 tariffs

See here for details.  I’m waiting to see what Vodafone do as the leaked tariffs sounded like a better deal than this, the 1GB data for Voda is twice that of O2 if it holds true.  The 16GB version should cost £20 less on a 24 month contract too.
