No more paid RSS news readers on Apple App Store?

08Jun10
Steve Jobs shows Pulse News Reader for iPad in the keynote.
New York Times complains that by showing their news feed in the app it’s infringing copyright.
Within hours the app is taken down.
Apparently the problem is that it’s a paid app, NYT is claiming this is commercial use and against their terms.
Considering the amount of RSS readers already in both the App Store and Android Market, does this mean Apple is going to pull Byline?  All other paid readers?  Will this happen in the Android Market (if it’s legally valid), especially considering it isn’t managed and approved like the App Store?
I’d love to hear from anyone that’s used Pulse, I don’t know why this is coming up now, there have been paid mobile RSS readers on all mobile app stores for years.
